About

A career filmmaker with nearly 15 years experience in the motion picture industry, Steve Jaggi studied film at the Queensland College of Art, Griffith University in Brisbane, Australia before re-locating to London, England.

Starting off as a television and new media producer in the UK, Steve made the lateral move into motion pictures by teaming up with a sales agency which he transformed into a vertically integrated production/sales outfit. During this time, Steve oversaw development and production of a number of feature films including the 2009 Best British Horror (Gorefest Magazine) Vampire film "Temptation".

Later that year Steve directed the award winning feature documentary "And The Beat Goes On...Ibiza" establishing him as a stylized director as well as accomplished producer.

In 2010 Steve moved back to Australia where he established JAGGI.SHUTE with producer Liz Shute. Together they produced the teen beach movie "Short Beach" which was released by Warner Bros in Dec. 2012.

​

Steve currently has a number of projects in development and also serves as a consultant to other filmmakers. His professional accreditations include the Screen Producers Association of Australia, the Australian Film Institute and the Directors Guild of Great Britain.
